Privacy Policy

DRAFT. This text is a placeholder until Lowder-Tascarella Hospitality's lawyer supplies the agreed policy. Version 2026-10-15-draft.

1. What is stored: your name, email address, a hash of your password, the time you accepted these documents, and the organizations, properties and outlets you have access to.
2. What is sent by email: invitations, password messages and access changes, from the sender address shown in those messages. No tracking pixels, no third-party images.
3. Error monitoring: when something breaks, a report without your email address, cookies or any content you typed may be sent to the monitoring service, identified by an internal account id only.
4. AI providers: text you enter into generation features is sent to the AI provider that produces the result, under that provider's terms, and is not used to train models.
5. Retention and deletion: an organization's administrator can remove your access; removal of the account itself is on request to Lowder-Tascarella Hospitality.
